Several prominent newspapers have featured articles that blame the current financial crisis on China's buying of the US treasuries. In this theory, the deficit countries (eg, Australia, Ireland, Spain, the US, the UK, etc.) are Peking ducks, the surplus countries (eg, China, Japan, Russia, Saudi Arabia, etc.) are duck farmers, and the later force-feed the former into bloated debt junkies that eventually blow up. Of course, both willing lenders and borrowers must exist for a debt bubble to exist. But, who do you blame, the borrower , the lender, or the middleman? I am sure that stories and theories on all three would be plentiful. But, the accusation against China and other lending nations would be politically convenient. The politicians in the crisis countries could blame someone else and avoid making hard choices. However, the theory has the causality wrong.
Finger pointing in the blame game so far is mostly at Wall Street, ie, the middleman. It is easy to do that. Just look at the CEOs of these institutions. They have paid themselves hundreds of millions of dollars on supposed accounting profits that have become today's write-offs. Their institutions are either already bankrupt or close to. Bernie Madoff's $ 50 billion scam crystallized the problem on Wall Street. It is easy for common people to see that this crisis has happened because these greedy people have taken advantage of the system and ruined it for their personal gains. I am sure Hollywood would have a feast with the stories that are coming out of Wall Street. They are so much better than made -up stories. Great movies could be made just by faithfully recording what happened.
I have been writing about Greenspan's guilt for this crisis. For years, I have written his bubble making decisions: I wrote (1) in 1999 that his rate reductions in response to the Asian Financial Crisis led to the IT bubble, (2) in 2000 that his rate reductions in response to the tech burst would lead to a property bubble or bond bubble or both, and (3) in 2003 that a new bubble was emerging with Greenspan as the DJ. When he took over the Fed in 1987, the US's financial sector had $ 1.9 trillion in debt or 29% of GDP. When he departed in 2005, it rose to $ 13 trillion or 104% of GDP .
In his appearance at a congressional hearing last year, he professed that he was shocked that the financial institutions that borrowed so much didn't take good care of it. So his explanation was that he didn't know. But, in 1998, when Long Term Capital Management ( 'LTCM') blew up, it nearly brought down the financial system. The problem was excessive leverage as reflected in the financial sector debt. If one fund could bring the system down, imagine how much risk the massive growth of the hedge fund industry and the proliferation of proprietary activities at investment banks could pose to the system. Indeed, the consensus among regulators and analysts after the LTCM debacle was that such off-balance sheet activities should be regulated. The opposition from him and top officials in the Clinton Administration kept such high risk activities unregulated and laid the foundation for the current crisis.
In a credit bubble, monetary policy plays a dominant role and must be held responsible for it. I had a debate last year with a friend on who was guilty. He argued that the export-led strategy by emerging economies was equally to blame. I argued against it. Some bubble happens somewhere everyday. A bubble forms when everyone bids up the price of an asset solely on the expectation that someone else will pay more latter. Hello Kitty dolls, puer tea, or modern paintings all could become bubbles. As long as supplies cannot increase quickly in response to rising price and something captures the attention of enough people, a bubble can happen . But, such bubbles are small relative to total money supply and can form without the support of monetary policy. A credit bubble is large relative to total money supply. Without an accommodating monetary authority, a credit bubble cannot possibly occur. For example, the increase of the financial sector leverage from 29% to 104% of GDP couldn't have happened without the Fed accommodating. If one person could and should have stopped the bubble, it was Greenspan.
Instead of being alarmed of surging leverage for proprietary investment such as warehousing derivatives in the financial system, Greenspan repeatedly claimed that the proliferation of derivative products was good for efficiency and failed to acknowledge that it was mostly for speculation. I don't know if he was genuinely naive about what was happening. Mr. Greenspan is the individual most responsible for the crisis.
In his inaugural speech President Obama spoke about the collective failure to make hard choices. It was a euphemism for reckless borrowing by the US households. Should the borrowers who are not paying their debts be blamed? Some prominent analysts think it was all the fault of crafty bankers who cooked up complex products and fooled the masses into taking on debts they wouldn't be able to repay. I don't think so. The US households who took on triple zero mortgages-zero down payment, zero interest rate and principal repayment for two or three years knew they were offered only upside and no downside. If property price rises, they could benefit from the appreciation. If the price falls, they could walk away and go back to where they were from. They were offered a free option plus a nice house they could stay in for the time being for free. It was rational for them to take the deal. But, was it right? I think it would be quite naive to portray the borrowers as the ultimate Peking ducks.
Of course, if the surplus countries were not willing to lend, what happened in the United States or other deficit countries couldn't have occurred. Greenspan's loose monetary policy would have led to dollar weakness and inflation, which would have forced him to raise interest rate. To what extent the surplus countries should be assigned some of the blame? Initially, the desire to accumulate foreign exchange reserves in dollars was in response the 1997 -98 emerging market crises. The crises were triggered by dollar shortage. When Bernanke was at the Fed under Greenspan, he coined the famous term 'savings glut' to explain the US's large and lasting current account deficit. In his theory the US was doing the world a favor spending the money that other countries wouldn't spend.
Bernanke's explanation put the US at a passive position in receiving other's savings surplus. But,蟻力神(第五代), if Greenspan had refused to loosen up money supply, if the regulators had stopped the sales of dubious derivative products, if American households had refused to borrow the money they couldn't pay back, the surplus foreign savings couldn't have flowed into the US economy, and the dollar would have risen to keep out the money. < br> A more apt explanation is that the US's system evolved to take advantage of this source of cheap money. Self interest prompted the Wall Street to embrace a new business model that centered on pumping the cheap foreign money into the US household sector. Even though they are suffering now, American households had a good time with the money. A big party with cheap foreign money was just too tempting to resist. Indeed, regulations were lightened up to make the party possible. The US took advantage of foreigners' desire to accumulate dollars in the aftermath of the 1997-98 emerging market crises.
By 2004 it was obvious that the surplus countries couldn't get off accumulating dollars without their economies crashing. Their economies restructured for selling to the deficit countries and financing the sales with their surpluses. Private demand for dollars in these countries collapsed. Their central banks had to buy all the surplus dollars. Even though they knew it would crash one day, they didn't have the courage to let it go and bear the economic consequences. They waited for the US to implode.
'We were the Peking duck' is not an acceptable explanation for what happened in the deficit countries. It conjures up lack of free will among the most powerful and richest countries. Indeed, regulatory and monetary policies were accommodating in sustaining the bubble. The deficit countries spent other people's money for a good time. It doesn't make sense for them to blame the lending countries for their own behavior.
It is just unconscionable to blame cheap Chinese imports for the bubble. When Americans go to Wal-Mart for shopping,終極痩身, they want to save money. Cheap imports cannot be the reason for Americans living beyond their means. The driver for the US's deficit is its healthcare cost that has doubled to 16% of GDP in two decades, five percentage points more than in other developed economies. When Americans buy cheap imports, they are pressured to do so by rising healthcare costs. The US's healthcare system is the driver for what happened. Foreigners' desire to accumulate dollars made it possible for the US to defend its living standard despite the out-of-control healthcare cost.
A bubble can be an honest mistake. The herd mentality is a human weakness that underpins bubble phenomenon. However, in some bubbles, there are people who try to incite and take advantage of the herd mentality for their personal gains. These are the people who deserve to be prosecuted. We don't have to look far to see such people. Who have pocketed millions on false profits? Who gave worthless derivatives triple-A ratings? Who have changed the rules for dubious financial products to be sold?
The blame game is not just a rhetorical game. It could have serious consequences on actions. If the deficit countries blame the surplus countries for the crisis, they may just wait for the later to fix the problem. 　　无论是2005年飓风“卡特里娜”袭击美国，还是2004年底印尼大海啸，世界其他国家很少有领导人会在灾难发生时，除赶到现场视察灾情、慰问群众之外，还要亲自担任救灾总指挥。毕竟前者属于政治职责，后者属于专业领域。
　　而在中国地震救灾的前四天里，温家宝几乎是把大半个国务院搬到了四川。他自己在震后仅仅几个小时就已经坐镇灾区，国务院秘书长马凯、公安部长孟建柱一直跟随身旁。副总理回良玉后来也赶到，5月15日晚间在四川列车上召开的国务院抗震救灾指挥部的会议上，也看到了教育部长周济、工业和信息化部部长李毅中等多位部长。
　　温家宝亲临一线，四处疲于奔命地指挥、调度、慰问。在中国的社会环境之下，总理的到场除了提高应变效率、争取黄金时间、督促地方官员、现场拍板解决问题之外，第一时间奔赴灾区，指挥救灾、慰问百姓，更是灾场和全国民心稳定的巨大精神力量。
　　中国总理这个职位，自周恩来时代开始，就被赋予了兢兢业业、克尽职守的形象，“周总理”三个字既是一代中国人对周恩来的永恒纪念，也是对继任者的道德标尺和衡量比照。
　　1966年3月8日，中国河北邢台地区发生6.8级强烈地震。周恩来于3月9日、3月10日、4月1日先后三次冒着余震亲临地震灾区，顶着寒风、踏着瓦砾、进窝棚、下地窖、慰问伤病员，站在木箱子上给父老乡亲喊话，还带领群众高呼口号：“自力更生、奋发图强、发展生产、重建家园”。
　　这是1960年代中共高层与民众在危机时刻的沟通渠道和方式，双方没有距离，充满信任。2008年的地震与之以及1976年的唐山地震相比，拯救能力变得更强、处理方式变得公开透明、舆论更为自由开放、举国救灾的机制更为有效，而总理与受灾民众沟通的语言、慰问的姿态、鼓励的方式，自三四十年前至今，仍是一以贯之，没有什么太大的差别。
　　当温家宝对着灾民喊“党和政府没有忘记你们”，当温家宝对着救援部队说“不怕牺牲、不怕疲劳”，当温家宝对着电视镜头向全国表示，“广大军民团结一致,SPANISCHE FLIEGE D5，众志成城，我们一定能够战胜这场特别重大的地震灾害”，正在灾区受苦受难的民众以及对痛苦感同身受的中国其他地方人民，从这样沙哑颤抖而坚定的声音中，都听出了其中的温情、决心和斗志，绝不是流于表面和形式的口号。
　　这些政治话语，一旦灾难来袭，政治领袖的喊话却有了强大的动员力量，这样非常具有“中国特色”的政治语言，能够发挥出巨大的鼓舞作用，让灾区民众焦虑、恐惧的心情得到缓和，对未来不会绝望；参与救灾的人员也能够被激发出战斗意志，团结拼下去。“人民生命高于一切”、“与汶川人民心连心”、“一方有难 八方支援”，这些在救灾、安置现场比比皆是的标语、横幅，看似套话，却有着强大的精神激励效果。
　　解放军和武警战士急行军数十公里奔赴灾区、没日没夜解救灾民的时候，除了人道精神，也有理想与光荣的信念追求，“军民一家”、“人民子弟兵”的词汇才如此令他们刻骨铭心；当温家宝哽咽着抚慰儿童说，“孩子，别哭，孩子”，“以人为本”的理念才不会是仅仅停留在会议公报和党报党刊上的文字。
　　中国总理作为执政党最高层领袖，除了管理日常事务之外，同时也需要成为政党理想和原则的贯彻者和执行者,痩身一号，或者是展示者，证明这些政治话语不是形式、不是套话，而是执政者坚持的信念。
　　中国式总理，无法复制，想学也学不来。

腾飞 我的老千生涯

每当夜深人静睡不着的时候，我就自己点一支烟抽。脑子里过电影一样过着那些人，那些事。那些被我“千”过的人，形形色色，都会很清晰地出现在我的脑海里

“知道‘老千’抓‘凯子’都怎么叫吗？都叫杀猪。”
所以，腾飞的另一个网名是“屠夫”，聊天用的名字。
在天涯论坛，腾飞创下了一个奇迹：他在网上连载的自传体文章，因其对千奇百怪的赌博出千术令人瞠目的描述、对各式赌徒沉溺赌海的疯狂心理、地下赌场的秘密运作、围绕其中的贪婪与阴谋、骗局与陷阱、以及人性的真实勾画，引起了网友的热烈追捧，仅半年多时间，600万点击，6万多回复，跟帖的粉丝无数。
“我永远站不到阳光下，只能藏在网络上和你们聊聊。”对那些对他的身世和笔下世界充满好奇的网友，腾飞在网上如此回复。
没人知道腾飞的真实姓名。他的网上文章后来被结集出版为《我的老千生涯》，有关作者的介绍仍然非常少。
采访自然无法进行，直到腾飞答应了QQ聊天。于是我在QQ上找到了“屠夫”。“屠夫”的个人资料显示地址为辽宁某市，37岁，还有一个冷酷的屠夫卡通头像，其他全无。
他终于上线了，“你想知道啥？”
他就是“老千”（赌场里运用骗术赢得赌局者），曾靠“出老千”为生，后来改行专门抓“老千”，一度在“黄河以北开赌场的庄家中”非常有名气。
“老千”长什么样？我不得而知。香港电影里“赌神”们英俊潇洒，沉稳老练，腾飞的书，封面也是英气的半边脸，一只眼睛紧紧地盯着你，透着冷酷的杀气。可惜不是他。腾飞说他“相貌平庸，瘦瘦的、高高的，属于扔人堆里就找不到的那种”。
“大街上和你迎面走，连续三次，你都不会记得我。”
不过，做“老千”，抓“老千”，平凡的相貌让他隐藏得很好，“英俊小生太惹眼”，栽在他手里的“老千”以几百人计。电影里赌神们眼花缭乱的赌技，在他看来都是些“小儿科的东西”。
四年前，腾飞娶了个漂亮媳妇，“走在街上回头率百分百”。媳妇的条件是，结束近20年的老千生涯。他退出了“江湖”。
两年前，2006年5月的一天，他在天涯社区发出第一个帖子《我是怎样成为一个职业“老千”的》，开始引来粉丝无数。但粉丝们不知道，发出第一张帖子那天，正是他表弟的“烧百天”。
他表弟自杀身死，因为赌博输光了所有家产。但他到死也不知道身边有一个大“老千”表哥。
腾飞难过，目睹过很多因赌博而倾家荡产、妻离子散的人间惨剧，但“自己的表弟赌博输钱自己竟然不知道”。他开始写赌场的种种“猫腻”，写自己亲历过的无数赌局。“我知道的千术有3000多种，如果不累，一直写下去要写好几年。”
他称自己的心理年龄已经73岁，“在赌场拼搏，心老得特别快。30多年的生活，似乎已经让我透支了后半生的活力，没有什么能让我兴奋了。”
“你写的都是真的吗？”他经常要面对他的笔下世界真实还是虚构的疑问。
“一个作家在家里能编得出来吗？你把中国的作家都找来，我写一段‘千术’，看看谁能接得上来？”
腾飞发过来一段视频，这是早期网友用来考他的一段视频，标题为“真正的老千是这样发牌的”，视频中一个老千在演示藏牌的方式和技巧。“我详细解答了他是如何做到的。还有很多其他问题，每天上去都一个一个回答，他们终于信了。”
“我就是传说中的老千”
成为“老千”，腾飞相信这绝对是“造化弄人”。小时候他想当警察，高中毕业还一心想进政法部门工作，怎么也没想到长大后混迹于地下赌场，成为“严打”对象。
找不到工作的他“整天闲晃”，去赌局看热闹，偶尔也下点小注。
腾飞出生的小渔村赌风很盛。“你想啊，我们这的人冬天都不干活，叫猫冬，就聚在一起玩这个。”
他记得“偷偷拿压岁钱和同龄小孩玩牌”的那年他上小学四年级。“冬天很冷，在放草的棚子里，四个小孩一起玩，也能玩一天。”
初中以前他被寄养在姥姥家。“家里太穷，兄弟三人，年龄差不多，父亲打鱼养家，后来被绞车绞断了胳膊，工作没了。”
“姥姥家没电视看，亲戚们每年过冬就打牌，玩‘梁山108将’。小孩子不让玩，在旁边看，看着就会了。”
尽管就像腾飞书中所描述的，刚开始学赌博的人基本都会赢钱，只有几百元的赌资，渐渐地居然赢到快一万元了。“不工作也能挣这么多钱！从此整天啥也不想了，一早起来就瞪眼到处去找‘局’。”但是，和许多赌徒的经历一样，“一个猛子扎进去”之后，他并不能永远走在这条“发财的康庄大道”上，很快陷入“贪”的陷阱。
“那个时候我很傻，明明知道有人在做手脚，但仍像飞蛾扑火一样，着了魔似的每天借钱去赶场子，结果越输越多。”
“输的总想去翻本，想着赢回本钱打死也不玩了，赢了还合计这个钱来得可真快，还想赢。走路的时候都会在想那把牌应该这样，或者不应该那样。”
“真命天子”便在这个时候出现，他永远记得那是1993年秋天，朋友第一次让他接触到“千术”，建议他合伙“千”人。
“我似乎看到大把大把的钞票在向我招手，看到赌场上风光无限的自己和垂头丧气的傻瓜们。”说干就干，他偷出了家里全部的存款，5万元。
事后证明，这个小“老千”实际是让他倾家荡产的“阎罗王”。
“我现在很难相信任何一个人，只相信我爸妈和媳妇。”合伙“千人”的“朋友”骗光了他从家里偷出来的钱。
“输红眼的人都疯狂。”他又把家里的房本偷出来，拿房子作抵押，贷款三万多块。“眼前一闪而过母亲那乞求的眼神”，但顾不得了，“脑子里只有一个念头：赌！”
在赌场负债30万那年，腾飞只是个24岁的小青年。
“我被人扔到一个煤渣堆边。”父母被追债，只能搬回渔村的老房子住。
“想起父母恨铁不成钢的表情，想起亲戚朋友躲瘟疫一样躲着我的样子……想起了林林总总的每件事和每个人，想起以后没了出路，我放声大哭。”
“我这样的人还活着干吗？不如死了算了。”“我他妈的为什么要死？就这么死了，多窝囊！”
自杀未遂，他揣着菜刀满大街去找坑他的那个“朋友”报仇，没找着，最后骗了个不知他底细的远房亲戚2万元钱，逃离了家乡。
“我记得那一年的冬天好冷，是我生命中最冷的一个冬天！”
腾飞在一个陌生的城市做了保安，根据他的理想，他的计划是：做小保安，立功，然后做警察。但后来证明，保安的职业并没有使他安分下来，他决定“赚大钱，活得像城里人”。
“那钱来得真快，也不当钱花”
赌场打工，学“千术”，成为“老千”，接下来就是一段抓“凯子”的日子。这段日子现在被腾飞描述为“很俗套”，“无非就是哪些人参与了，牌桌子上该如何演戏。赢了大家分，一起瞎乐。”
“那钱来得快，也不当钱花，来了钱就大手大脚。”
最初，有钱的感觉真塌实，“头回坐在五星级酒店里，感觉自己的眼睛不够用，还一个劲提醒自己：我现在是上层人士，举止一定要得体。喝完咖啡结账，嗬，一杯破咖啡120块。”
终于，在逃离家乡不敢跟家里人联系好几年后，他“衣锦还乡”，“就像乍富的土财主。”给家里每个人都买了自己认为上档次的礼物，还给小侄子几千块压岁钱。
快活的日子里，得意的还有别人对“赌神”的吹捧，“心里受用”。还因此交了不少朋友。
然而，做“老千”也不总是那么风光。“很多时候赢了钱根本拿不走，别人输多了放赖（耍赖，不给钱），去外地‘出千’还容易遇到‘笼子’（别人下的圈套）。”
有一次在哈尔滨，在一个设在五星级酒店的赌局里，他被“下了笼子”。
“我俩被拉进一个房子，不由分说他们就开始打，不分头脸地乱打。打了很久，我连护着头的力气都没有了……包里的钱和手机都被人拿走了……晚上看守给我们生了个炉子，就那么凑合了一夜……回到宾馆，才发现头发掉了好多，鼻子出了很多的血，嘴唇破得厉害……退了房，直奔火车站。一路上人们都像看动物一样看着我俩，我们也顾不得了。警察看我俩像逃犯，把我俩拦下好个检查，好个盘问。”
这段经历写在“贪心的后果”的章节之后，题为“败走麦城”。
机缘巧合作，腾飞开始改行抓“老千”。在“天津赌场抓内鬼一战成名”后，腾飞由原来“赌场‘暗灯’需要提防的‘老千’”，变成了“专业抓‘老千’的编外‘暗灯’”。抓“老千”的待遇相当优厚，只要抓到现行，可以拿三天场子利润的五分之一。
第一次“抓千”，他拿了200万元。几年“抓千”，“基本没怎么失手”，只有一次，“因那个‘老千’之前有恩于我，实在没法抓”。
“总是梦到被人追”
“我觉得我算是个好人吧，我从来没把自己当成过坏人。”
尽管这样，腾飞还是强调，那一年回家过年的那段时间，“我是个好人。”
“编了一套词儿，说自己在大城市找了一个相当好的工作，彻底不赌了……在家里那段时间快乐而且逍遥，每天睡到自然醒。母亲跟我有说不完的话，我睡觉的时候她总是默默看着我。见我醒了，她马上就别过脸去……”
过完年，自然醒的日子也就结束了，为了让家人看来自己是个“有单位上班的人”，腾飞又回到自己的“老千”生活里。“总睡不踏实，梦多，总梦到自己被人追，总跑不动，拼命喊，也没人理会，经常被抓到，然后就吓醒了。”
在他的梦里，“一双眼睛经常出现，眼睛里满是哀求的眼神，嘴唇在发抖。”
根据腾飞书中的描述，这双眼睛出现在2001年秋天，他到天津“抓千”。最后抓到的是两个“长得很好看的荷官”（赌桌上负责发牌的人）丫头。在暗中观察了好几天后，他终于“得意”地抓了个现行，随后发生的一幕让他的“得意”成了终生的悔恨。
“一颗眼珠掉到地上。”腾飞说，真实情况是，丫头的眼珠没有被挖出来，让一只手直接伸进去摁碎了。
这是他第一次出面“抓千”，从那以后，噩梦就像个魔鬼缠着他，到了晚上，高一点的声音就会让他汗毛直竖。“那以后我给自己订了个规矩，任何人找我‘抓千’，必须事前约定不得伤人，否则不去抓。”
媳妇说他本性善良，“除非赌得山穷水尽他才不是人，其他时候还是原来的他。”
有一次他看到一个少妇站在窗前，“大口抽烟，一边抽，一边大口地咳嗽。再然后，看没人注意，她就跳楼了。”一个鲜活的生命在自己面前消逝，他问自己：是不是被你“千”过的人里也有这样的事存在？
“我不确定，也不敢多想。”
“最倒霉的是一个银行的小子，赌急眼了，把自己的积蓄全部输了，亲戚朋友也截遍了，最后竟然打起自己经手的钱的主意。在银行通过涂改票据，挪用了很多钱。后来看实在填不上了，就逃亡了。也有个女的，很凄惨。她丈夫在外地打工辛苦寄一些钱回来，被她拿到赌场里都给输光了，后来想不开，自己服毒死了，丢下一个幼小的孩子。也有一个小子钱输没了，竟然去抢劫，在楼梯洞里用砖头打了一个女的脑袋。把人打死了。”
“别以为我成天抓‘老千’，实际上我‘千’过的人不比我抓到的‘老千’少，对那些被我当‘凯子’‘千’过的人，我的心情很复杂。抓‘凯子’出‘老千’是我从前的生活，让我赎罪，我又不知道该怎么做，也许等我更老一些，才能把这些想明白了，会有一个答案吧。”
腾飞由抓“凯子”改抓“老千”，仍然赎不了罪，仍然无奈地面对那些“辛苦的可怜人”。有一次抓到的是一个沈阳女人，10年前跟老公一起做边贸生意，赶上俄罗斯通货膨胀破了产，老公想不开跳了楼，她不认命，继续做这个生意，但是摔得太惨，以至没有翻身，被债务压着冒险和别人到赌场“搞钱”。
“她说她有了点积蓄就马上汇给了父母还债，搞赌场的钱基本都汇回家还债了，这么多年了她不敢回沈阳，虽然那里有她的家和她的父母。
“根据我的观察，那女人说的是实话。但是我能做什么呢？只能暗自同情和保持沉默。”
最难受的是，这些年来，每年高中同学聚会都没有他，“我跑路（躲避被抓而逃）大家都知道，我怎么去跟人说啊。”他说他很心痛，很自卑。
还有许多让腾飞想起来仍有“想哭的冲动”的经历和场景，包括那个最冷的冬天，父母伤心的神色，亲戚朋友的躲避，自己离开家跑路的情景，在外面颠沛流离的生活，还有对亲人造成的伤害。
在赌局里呆久了，腾飞见识了各式各样真实的人性，“这个社会阴暗面太多了。”
一个赌场的舞池中，“所有的小姑娘全部拥向一个贵宾，贵宾是VIP，200万，送一辆宝马X3，按你的要求，俱乐部所有的姑娘都陪你跳舞，陪你玩。”
“还有一哥们朝舞池上方撒钱，得有个五、六万块，一个个漂亮小姑娘就在那儿捡，抢！我都快崩溃了。”
“真不明白这个社会到底怎么了，我看到了我不该看到的东西……我们走在三环辅路上，看到了站街的大姐，还有拣垃圾的老太太。每个人都有故事……我感觉时空变换得实在太快、太突然了。”
腾飞现在已经不作这样的描述了，赌场让他“麻木”，也让他小心。
不过，当他经过某地一个热火朝天的码头工地时，还是会想起“那几个被千的政府官员，他们现在还好吗？”
那次接到的活让他大开眼界。一个老板想承包一个靠近海边、渔船聚集的地方，建一个码头和水产品批发市场，但官员的关节怎么也打不通。这个老板想了个主意，把这些官员请到赌场玩，由腾飞负责“千”这些人。先让他们大把赢钱，勾起他们的赌欲，再让他们大输。
当然，那些官员永远也不会知道，这家赌场其实就是老板自己开的。这是个无比精巧的“局”――官员们的筹码都由老板提供，赢钱和输钱，只是从老板的左裤兜转到右裤兜而已。
三周后，赌场老板已经“借”给官员们每个人400多万。后来，腾飞听说那个水产品市场果然建了起来。
在赌局里呆得越久，腾飞心中越悲?，“看看满房间里形形色色的人，每个人都在为几张花花绿绿的钱大呼小叫，大部分人都不知道自己已经成了别人的猎物，每个人都在算计猎到别人，结果呢？”
“我和我媳妇说过，媳妇说我心理阴暗……但我是个好人。”腾飞说：“我希望大家能看清楚都是如何被人骗的，连朋友都可能欺骗你。”
“我把所有人性都看穿了”
媳妇说他像小孩，赌场外的腾飞甚至有些憨厚，很难找出“老千”的影子。“白天工作，晚上上网。没什么娱乐活动。”
“我天生就不是很爱凑热闹的人”，“有人说我很静。表面看起来是，但心里不是。稀奇古怪的想法很多。”
“屠夫”每天晚上7点到11点都在线，“上网就是发帖子啊，也没啥别的可以干。”
“最早也就是在家无聊，那时刚会上网不久，连打字都是用一个指头按呢。”
“后来就到处去看新闻，那天忘记了是看啥新闻，有个链接就进去了，就知道了天涯，天天去看几眼。”
“发了第一个帖子后，没想到那么多人看，就一直写下来了。”
“天涯的编辑问我要出书不。我说大哥你耍我玩啊，他非来磨唧，我也没理他。就是写着玩，出毛（什么）书啊！”
“后来留言的多了，这个出版社那个网站都要我去出书。最后架不住编辑鼓动，架不住跟帖的网友鼓动，就说随便吧，这个东西给你天涯，爱怎么搞就怎么搞。”
“于是他们就给鼓捣出一本书来。”
腾飞说他现在做橱柜生意，“我认为自己是个做生意的料”， 但“很多时候觉得很迷茫”。
橱柜生意原来是表弟的，最早是借钱帮助表弟，后来表弟忙不过来，腾飞便参与了，表弟自杀了之后，厂子就由腾飞负责了。“其实只是个加工作坊，只有9个人。”
“状况不太好，做这个的太多了，客户也难找。要扩大吧，还没那个市场，不扩大吧，竞争力不行。”
“赚的钱没以前多，但是够花。媳妇掌管着开销，超过1000块钱要报告用处。”
不相信任何人的腾飞做生意格外谨慎，“我觉得我把所有人性都看穿了，就是那么回事。”
“没有人是不可以出卖的，只是机会没到。”
除了生意，让他“不知如何做”的还有件事，“很多人想学习‘千术’去赢钱,セックスドロップ?ドイツ，给我留言、留电话、留QQ，我都直接删除了，我是真想劝他们不要赌了。”
腾飞说，生手怕熟手，熟手怕高手，高手怕“千手”，“千手”怕失手；十赌九骗，唯一不骗你的那次是为了“钓你的鱼”。
如何防止别人出“老千”，他说：“不赌！不赌，别人就‘千’不着你。”
媳妇
如果没有“小螃蟹”，腾飞现在可能还深陷赌博的泥潭不能自拔。“小螃蟹”就是他的漂亮媳妇，“走在大街上回头率绝对百分之百”。
能娶到这么好的媳妇，腾飞总结的原因有两个：一个是当时他有份体面工作，另一个是他会装成有涵养的好男人。
至于一个“老千”如何能装成好男人，腾飞说，不要忘了“老千”在生活中是出色的演员。
他记得“小螃蟹”凶巴巴地问：“你要我还是要继续赌博？”
他说：“我要你，再也不沾赌了。”
2005年冬天，小螃蟹烧掉了腾飞以前的所有电话号码，支持他干别的买卖，至此他真正脱离了这个“行业”。
“她把我收藏的很多好东西都丢了，疼得我好几天没睡好……有一副扑克，绝版的，市面上7000多元呢，被她直接丢浴缸里去了。有一副象牙色子，被她直接丢出窗户……奈何啊，没辙。”
“不过婚后我基本是处于被压迫状态。现在家里没地方抽烟了，厕所也不可以，只好躲父母那边抽。”
“外号‘小螃蟹’，你说厉害不？”
腾飞说，“如果不那么泼，就很完美了。”但他还是承认，“怎么也不敢想自己有这么好的媳妇。”
在天涯写“老千”生涯，写了8万字的时候被媳妇发现，媳妇大闹了一阵，腾飞停笔了一段时间。“怕我被扒出来。”后来媳妇自己想通了，腾飞这几年交的朋友“没几个”，“她看我没什么交际，就怕闲下来走老路，有个东西捆着我也好。”
尾声
在他最新更新的博客中，腾飞写道：
每当夜深人静睡不着的时候，我就自己点一支烟抽。脑子里像过电影一样的过着那些人，那些事。那些被我“千”过的人，形形色色，都会很清晰地出现在我的脑海里。我甚至都能回忆起他们的音容表情。写到这里，我又想起在北京遇到的那个小荷官，想起她哀求和惊恐的眼神，我忽然有想哭的感觉,三体牛鞭。
前几天拿到书以后，我自己开车去海边，在车里看。看到自己的从前，想到了我经历过的这些人和事，我在车里悄悄地哭了。我真希望自己像个普通人一样平凡地过自己的小日子，但是那些场景总是无数次一闭上眼睛、甚至稍微一安静独自呆着的时候，就跳出脑子来。
我真不知道该去忏悔还是该怎么做，有的时候真的很迷茫。所以我觉得都写出来比较好。让大家知道赌就是骗，赌场就是吃人的，不要有任何侥幸心理去赌钱。
这，算是我对还准备去赌的人和正在赌的人的一个劝戒吧。

   《雨巷》中的“丁香”意象,魔根，使诗歌呈现出一种迷离的美境。丁香结，即丁香的花蕾，象征人们的愁心。李?也写过一曲关于丁香的《浣溪沙》：“手卷真珠上玉钩，依前春恨锁重楼。风里落花谁是主？思悠悠！青鸟不传云外信，丁香空结雨中愁。回首绿波三楚暮，接天流。”丁香结和雨中愁在这位南唐后主的笔下已经连结在一起。而在诗人的手中，丁香有了进一步的含义。他想象了一个丁香一般地结着愁怨的姑娘，有“丁香一样的颜色”，“丁香一样的芬芳”，也有“丁香一样的忧愁”。于是，它成了含有忧愁的美好理想的化身，包含诗人对美的追求，也包含诗人美好愿望幻灭的痛苦。诗人曾经说过：“诗是由真实经过想象而出来的，不单是真实的，也不单是想象。”雨中丁香一样的姑娘在他的思想影响下，最终消散，体现了诗人当时理想的幻灭。

　　一个多月过去了，每次闭上眼睛，庄娟的眼前就出现一名男子凶神恶煞般冲过来，而她自己，则赤身裸体。女浴室中闯入的那名男子，至今无法让庄娟平静下来。

　　昨天，派出所民警宣布，那名男子系“误闯”，已对其批评教育。对此结果，庄娟难以接受。法律界人士认为，醉酒不是免责前提，“误闯”女浴室的男子应承担一定的法律责任。据了解，“误 闯”女浴室的男子为某银行一位中层干部。

　　女浴室内闯进一男子

　　1月29日晚上发生的一幕，庄娟无法忘记。当天，因为感冒，庄娟和老公来到南京城东某五星级酒店的游泳中心，准备蒸桑拿来治感冒。庄娟和丈夫都是该酒店游泳中心会员。

　　庄娟穿着一件单薄的衣服走进了桑拿室。很快，汗水就从身上出来。庄娟感觉舒服多了，便将身上的衣服脱掉。20分钟后，庄娟走出桑拿室，来到了女子更衣室，那里，是一间包含浴室和更衣区一体的房间。她坐在了淋浴间不远处的一把椅子上。这时，会员孙莉莉从淋浴间出来，拿着浴巾擦身子，两人聊了起来。

　　“大概八九点钟，我迷迷糊糊地睁开了眼睛，结果，看到了我这辈子都不愿意见的场景！”庄娟说，一个男子，正摇摇晃晃地从更衣室大门走过来。

　　庄娟开始左右寻找衣服，但周边空空荡荡。她急得大喊，“干什么的？出去出去！！”

　　但男子仅仅愣了一下，继续朝着庄娟走过来。此时，孙莉莉也发现了男子，正在擦身子的她，赶紧用浴巾遮住身体的敏感部位，转身朝不远处的桑拿室跑过去。庄娟也赶紧起身，但是，此时，那名男子已站在了她面前，睁大着眼睛。庄娟使劲推了一下，男子一个趔趄。庄娟趁机转身，逃进了桑拿室。

　　躲进了桑拿室的庄娟，不顾一切地抵住门，死死地按住把手。这个桑拿室的门是玻璃门，从外面能看得见里面，从里面，也能清楚地看到外面。

　　桑拿室外，那名男子摇晃了几下，坐在了刚刚庄娟坐的那把木椅子上，眼睛盯着桑拿室。

　　“这样吧，我冲出去！”孙莉莉裹紧了身上的浴巾，拉开桑拿室玻璃门，快步飞奔，冲到游泳池那边，大声喊人。

　　工作人员将男子拖了出去

　　在游泳池边巡逻的工作人员小陈闻讯后，当即冲了进去。此时，庄娟还躲在桑拿室内，紧紧地拽着玻璃门。门外，那名男子继续坐在椅子上，眼睛瞪着玻璃门。

　　小陈快步走上前，要拖那名男子出去。但男子胳膊一挡，小陈没有拖动。小陈继续努力，男子则继续挣扎。最后，小陈使出浑身力气，将其拖了出去。

　　“就在拖出去的时候，在外面一道门那边，当时还有个女会员准备进来更衣，也遭到男子的骚扰！”据庄娟说，事发后很多天，她才知道还有这个细节，那名会员与她进行了联系，答应为其作证。

　　看着男子被拖了出去，惊魂未定的庄娟这才松开已经酸痛的手。这时，她注意到了自己原本放在桑拿室内的衣服，赶紧裹在了身上。“从进来到出去，至少持续了六七分钟！”

　　有人拨打了报警电话。十几分钟后，民警赶至现场,VigRX Oil，将庄娟、孙莉莉以及那名肇事男子、酒店工作人员全部带到了派出所。

　　闯浴室男子被“批评教育”

　　做完笔录后，民警表示，男子喝醉了酒，不省人事，“明天等他酒醒后再说吧。”第二天，庄娟丈夫王强又找到办案民警，希望民警能够提供当事人联系方式和姓名。但被民警婉拒。

　　几天后，庄娟便收到了一名女子打来的电话。女子自称是那天肇事男子的妻子，表示双方可以谈谈，“大事化小，小事化了吧，都很难堪。我们赔偿点钱，算了，你看呢？”庄娟很生气，她断然拒绝了对方仅仅是赔钱的要求。

　　“男子是谁？是什么身份？联系方式是多少？我们什么都不知道。但我是谁，我的联系方式是什么，对方却清清楚楚，你说，我什么感觉？”庄娟说，此外，她觉得，这个事情弄得这么大，对方竟只想花钱买平安，“相应的法律责任，那个男的必须承担！”

　　时间过得很快，转眼就到了过年。但这个年，对庄娟来说，犹如梦魇。

　　“这是件很难堪的事情，但奇怪的是，对方却似乎失踪了，似乎这件事情就过去了！”庄娟说，她其实也不想再想这件事情，但没有办法，一闭眼，眼前就出现那个场景，一个男子，冲进来，朝着她走过来，而她自己，则是赤身裸体。

　　年后，庄娟再次找到派出所，希望派出所能对这个事情进行处理。

　　昨天下午，后宰门派出所通知庄娟去派出所。于是，庄娟便和爱人、孙莉莉一起来到了派出所。在派出所办公室内，民警很快宣布了处理结果。“民警说，他们已经调查清楚了。那名男子张某系酒后误闯女浴室，对其行为，派出所已经批评教育。其他的，没了！”

　　庄娟说，她听完后，以为民警在开玩笑，但民警坚称，“批评教育也是一种处理方式”。

　　庄娟便要求民警给予书面处理结论，但遭到拒绝。

　　肇事者家属

　　有这事，但我们会赔偿

　　昨天下午，记者前往后宰门派出所对此事进行采访。但处理此事的民警表示，没有上级主管部门的指示，他们不能接受记者采访。对于庄娟及孙莉莉对于处理结果的质疑，他们也不便表态。

　　3点多钟，记者赶到了这家城东的五星级大酒店，酒店对此事也很重视，在经过层层领导审批后，直至下午5点钟，主管领导还是没有同意有关人员接受记者采访。

　　在此期间，记者与工作人员小陈联系，小陈表示当晚的确发生了这样的事情，一名喝了酒的男子闯进了女浴室，庄娟和孙莉莉受到了惊吓。至于其他，他不清楚。

　　据了解，张某系某银行的一位中层干部。但记者无论从派出所还是从酒店方，都找不到张某联系方式。不得已，记者通过庄娟，拿到了张某爱人谢某的电话。

　　“我是张某的爱人，是有这么回事！”接通电话后，谢某表示，事发当天，其爱人张某有应酬在那家五星级大酒店，喝了一些酒，之后，就陪同客人在游泳中心那边的麻将室打麻将。中间，为什么张某会跑到女浴室，她不清楚。事发后两三天，丈夫张某才将闯入女浴室的事情告诉她，“肯定是喝多了酒，控制不了自己了，那个时候，应该属于无行为能力人，你说是吧？又不是故意的！”谢某说，她知道这件事情后，也很生气，就想找庄娟和孙莉莉道歉，并进行赔偿。但是，因为其家中有人去世，所以，事情就一直耽误下来了。

　　“我们也没想到派出所会这么处理。但不管怎么处理，我们对于她们的赔偿，肯定要进行的。这个赔偿，肯定也不是一两千元的事情，是要多一点的！”谢某表示，她近期会继续与庄娟和孙莉莉联系赔偿事宜。至于其他责任问题，谢某坚称丈夫是醉酒后误闯，“不可能承担其他责任的”。

　　律师说法

　　醉酒不是免责前提

　　“如果肇事者没有喝酒，公然闯入女浴室，这样的行为肯定违法了！”江苏东恒律师事务所律师王海做了这样一个假设，他说，按照这个假设，结合中国对酒后仍需承担刑事责任的法律规定，那么，醉酒后闯入女浴室的男子，仍需承担法律责任。

　　但是，王海也表示，这里所说的法律责任，一般是指刑事责任。刑事责任有个前提，那就是具备一定的社会危害性，或者较为恶劣的社会影响。如果没有这个，那就只能在治安管理责任范围内进行界定。

　　“一个客观的事实是，醉酒这一行为，在治安管理处罚的过程中，往往会赢得执法者的谅解！”王海分析说,痩身1号，民警在处理此事的过程中，可能会从其醉酒无法控制其行为的角度，推断其主观上没有恶意，那么行为上也存在偶然性，再加之认为事发地点为一相对较为封闭区域，推断造成的社会影响不大，所以仅仅对其进行批评教育。

　　但王海强调说，作为一个成年人，理应知道自己醉酒后可能会出现行为无法控制的一些情况，以及预知到在游泳中心打麻将时可能会出现的一些意外，并应该对这些意外负责。而且，在两名女性裸体的情况下闯入，尽管范围不大，但是，鉴于还有其他会员在游泳中心，具有一定的传播面，产生了一定的不良影响。因此，王海表示，警方应该详细调查，视情况对肇事者进行治安处理。(文中除律师外，其他人物均为化名)
